It is my belief that the most important part of the therapy process is being able to find a clinician with whom you feel comfortable with and is a good fit for you. I strive to provide a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere in which you are able to address the difficulties and struggles you are experiencing in addition to having the ability to gain greater insight. Further, I assist in helping you work towards making the changes that you are trying to accomplish. I aim to work with every individual to ensure they are able to achieve the ability to alter aspects of their life that are most important to them.
My approach with every client is unique to that individual and my therapy is dependent on specific needs and goals. Some of the modalities I utilize come from Cognitive Behavioral techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness.
The work I do with individuals and couples is my passion and I realize how hard it can be to reach out when things become difficult. Taking the first step is one of the most challenging parts of the process. I often work with individuals who are dealing with life changes, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression.
