I believe that healing and growth is a personal change process that happens in the context of a caring, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship based upon research supported techniques. I will work collaboratively with you to figure out where you want to go and determine the best path to get there.
I practice as a Licensed Psychologist and received my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Marquette University. I have clinical experience providing service in a wide variety of settings. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy to provide individual therapy for adults. I am in network with many insurance providers.

It takes courage to open up about addictions, relationship issues, long-term depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, anger, grief, life transitions, or other personal issues.
