Josh Dolan, Ph.D.
My goal is to help individuals improve their lives and overcome their mental health issues by helping them utilize their strengths to examine and address the factors which are holding them back. I believe that healing from these issues is an internal, personal process of change that happens in the context of a caring, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship using research supported techniques. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy to provide individual for adults. I am experienced in treating a wide variety of mental health issues, with specialties in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I received my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Marquette University and I completed my internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and St. Luke’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have clinical experience providing services to a wide variety of individuals in various settings.
